Clean entryways: This includes sweeping the outside entry, vacuuming the vestibule and mats, spot cleaning the door glass, cleaning and organizing reception areas, straightening up waiting areas and reading materials.
Empty trash, replace can liners as needed: Trash can liners will be replaced as needed.
Dust surfaces throughout the building: Based on your specifications, these can include desks, office equipment, furniture, partitions, book shelves, storage cabinets, etc.
Clean break rooms and coffee centers: We will clean the sinks and countertops, wipe down tables and appliances.
Clean restrooms and stock supplies: All restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized. We will replace toilet paper, hand towels, soap and other supplies as required.
Vacuum floors: Carpeted areas will be thoroughly vacuumed with a commercial grade vacuum. Depending on the frequency of cleaning, traffic lanes will be vacuumed daily and other areas will be vacuumed based on use.
Sweep/mop floors: Non-carpeted floors will be swept or vacuumed and mopped.
